Peak Experience

 

Peak Experience is producing a series of ten themed heritage guides as printed leaflets and on this web site. These attractively produced guides will form a major introductory source of information for visitors about the region’s rich and diverse heritage, signposting places to visit and listing associated businesses.

 

The first three guides are already available – these are Peak Churches, Peak Geology and Peak Time Travellers. Peak Antiques, Peak Film & Literature and The Bloody Peak will follow in the autumn of 2006. Four more themed leaflets will follow in spring 2007, including Wild Peak.

 

Each leaflet has a directory of businesses linked to the places to visit. Participating businesses will also appear on the Peak Experience web site via the Peak District and Derbyshire Destination Management System (DMS).
